You may have seen our posters all over downtown Port Colborne or you may have seen one of our 400+ volunteers wearing their buttons that simply state '1 in 5'. What '1 in 5' represents is that one in five Canadians will experience a mental illness or addiction in their lifetime. That's a lot of people! So, why is there so much stigma attached to these diseases?!
